Carmen Rodriguez

I started my real estate career in Florida in 1987 working for a major home builder. I oversaw the national and international marketing plans by developing and organizing tools such as “Fly By” programs. Offering vital data so that buyers would make the best decision in the purchase of their homes.

Over 20 years ago I started working for IRM as Operations Manager. My new position involved joining the Board of REALTORS and the NARP, National Association of Residential Property Management. Getting my Certification as a Property Manager, a CSP, a certified short sales professional and Notary for the State of Florida. I have kept pace with courses and certification in order to provide the most up to date service to our many clients.

I am proud to say that I am confident in providing professional and expert service in the overseeing of the daily operations, personnel training and the growth of our Property Management division.  Our many referrals and repeat business proves our services are second to none.

On a personal note I am involved with the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the Tiger Woods Foundation, Nami and President of the Ladies Guild of my church. Upon becoming a grandmother I realize that the future of any portfolio of real estate is eventually the foundation rock for our families.
